Caltior tools are software products, not professional services. You operate them. Published prices and product pages describe what is offered; these terms govern the agreement.
1.1 This Master applies to Caltior brand products offered by Duckbird LLC when you buy, download, install, request access to, or use a product listed below.
1.2 Each product has a Schedule. Precedence for a product: its Schedule → this Master → marketing copy.
1.3 By installing, downloading (where a gate requires acceptance), or using a product after notice of these terms, you accept the Master and that product’s Schedule.
2.1 Products under the Caltior brand are offered by Duckbird LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (business address for notices: 8 The Grn Ste A, Dover, DE 19901, United States).
2.2 “Caltior”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Duckbird LLC unless a Schedule names a different party. Payment processors (e.g. Stripe) may appear on receipts.
Classes may change only by published update. No product is offered by inventing prices or features not on caltior.io.
4.1 Punch: purchase + install/use under Schedule P (and site notice at purchase).
4.2 Field HUD: paid seat and/or download under Schedule H.
4.3 Vault: beta download agreement / Schedule V before package use.
4.4 Simulate: requesting access or using materials under Schedule S.
Fees are as published on caltior.io for each product at the time of purchase. Free beta has no fee. Refunds follow the applicable Schedule.
Software is licensed, not sold, except as a Schedule states. You keep rights in your project data and content you create. Caltior claims no ownership of your Revit models, field packages, or vaulted files.
Except as a Schedule states or law requires, products are tools you operate. They are not a substitute for professional judgement. Schedules set warranties, caps, and product-specific risks (including model writes, offline use, and unsigned installers).

We may update the Master or Schedules. Material changes for paid subscriptions will be published on caltior.io. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law and the Schedule.
Delaware law governs, without conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue: state or federal courts in Kent County, Delaware, unless a Schedule or mandatory law requires otherwise. US sales only where a Schedule limits territory.
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. These terms plus the applicable Schedule are the entire agreement for that product, superseding prior marketing statements.
