Refunds: none, beyond what the law requires. Cancelling stops future payments. It does not refund a payment already taken. This does not take away a right the law does not allow an agreement to remove.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, extract, reconstruct, or otherwise use any part of Field HUD's information pathways or code — whether by a human, by AGI or any other artificial intelligence system, automated agent, or by any other actor, tool, or process — except (a) ordinary licensed operation of Field HUD under this Schedule and the Master, and (b) the limited extent mandatory law allows and cannot be excluded by contract. You agree not to permit any such actor to do those things on your behalf. This includes using any part of those information pathways or code to train, specify, reconstruct, or build any system or product. All rights reserved. If you breach this clause, Duckbird LLC reserves all rights and all legal recourse, including damages, injunctive or other equitable relief, termination, and any other remedy available at law or in equity, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Caltior Inc is the owner and is not a party to this Schedule. Those remedies are cumulative and not exclusive.
By paying for a seat, downloading the commercial package after notice of these terms, or using Field HUD commercially, you accept Schedule H and the Master.
