You use beta entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duckbird LLC / Caltior are not liable for loss of data, lost passphrases, corruption, lost profit, or consequential loss. Aggregate liability for free beta claims is USD $0 (nothing paid), except liability that cannot be excluded (e.g. death/personal injury caused by negligence where mandatory).

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, extract, reconstruct, or otherwise use any part of Calt Vault's information pathways or code — whether by a human, by AGI or any other artificial intelligence system, automated agent, or by any other actor, tool, or process — except (a) ordinary licensed operation of Calt Vault under this Schedule and the Master, and (b) the limited extent mandatory law allows and cannot be excluded by contract. You agree not to permit any such actor to do those things on your behalf. This includes using any part of those information pathways or code to train, specify, reconstruct, or build any system or product. All rights reserved. If you breach this clause, Caltior reserves all rights and all legal recourse, including damages, injunctive or other equitable relief, termination, and any other remedy available at law or in equity, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Those remedies are cumulative and not exclusive.
By unlocking or downloading the beta package after the website agreement gate, or by using Calt Vault beta, you accept Schedule V and the Master.
