Portfolio notice for Caltior brand products offered by Duckbird LLC. What each product does — not template filler.
Offline tools do not send your model or pin contents to Caltior. Checkout and email process contact data where you buy or request access.
Seat and invoice contact details you send by email (or payment processor when live) are used to fulfil a seat. Field packages and pins stay on your machine. Caltior does not receive your plan images or model mesh contents through the desktop tool.
Caltior does not host a managed vault of your encrypted files. Passphrases and file contents stay under your control. If you email support, we hold that correspondence. When gated downloads are on, download assent records may apply (below).
Access requests by email: company and project-type details you send are used to respond to the request, not sold for marketing.
The following pulse applies to The Punch add-in on Revit and Navisworks. AutoCAD uses a separate pack; checkout and licence email still use Stripe and Caltior contact data as below. This is not a Punch purchase-assent ledger.
The signed licence file is checked on your disk. Punch items and models are never sent to Caltior. About every five days while The Punch is running, and at renewal, the add-in may contact caltior.io with the email on your licence, the add-in version, and a random install id. That pulse does not turn The Punch off if the machine is offline. Access stops after the subscription is not paid (and any remaining days on the signed file). The add-in may also read a public version file on caltior.io to see if a newer installer exists. There is no crash reporting and no model analytics.
Punch items - including descriptions, trades, levels and any assignee names you type - stay on your side. Caltior never receives them and could not read them if it wanted to. How the product keeps that list is not described here. CSV exports go wherever you save them.

Caltior never sees your card. Payment is taken by Stripe. No card number, expiry or security code reaches Caltior or is stored on any Caltior system.
Your data is not sold, rented or shared for marketing. It is shared only with Stripe, to take payment, and with email delivery so licences reach you. Disclosure otherwise happens only where the law requires it.
While you are a subscriber, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require records of the sale to be retained. Support correspondence is kept while it remains useful.
The site is served as static files. It sets no first-party cookies and does not run a tracking pixel or Google Analytics. Netlify Web Analytics (server-side, from Netlify's logs) counts page views and referrers for caltior.io so we can see which pages are used. It does not identify you to Caltior as a named person. Fonts still load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads — a standard consequence of hosted web fonts.
Ask what is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion — email Caltior@caltior.io. Deletion requests are honoured except where a record must legally be kept, such as a record of a sale. Cancelling your subscription does not by itself delete your details, so say if you want both.
The Punch is professional software sold to businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
If this notice changes materially, subscribers are told by email at least 30 days beforehand.
The Punch purchase checkbox on caltior.io does not currently write a retained assent ledger. Stripe collects payment; it is not the contract acceptance.
When a product download is served through Caltior’s agreement gate (including Calt Vault beta where that gate is on), we may keep a download assent record so we can show you agreed to the Master Terms and the product Schedule then in force. That record may include: product id, document revision ids and content hashes, agreement text version, time of assent (client and server), outcome (issued or denied), a truncated IP address, a short user-agent string, and an identity handle (email or Stripe customer id when known for paid products; an opaque anonymous id for free beta when you do not give email).
Purpose: contract formation, security, and dispute records — not advertising.
We do not store card numbers, signing secrets, passphrases, Revit model contents, or vaulted file contents in that ledger.
Retention (practice): paid-product assent records are kept for commercial/accounting limitation periods (typically multi-year); free beta assent for a shorter but multi-year period while beta liability terms matter. Ask Caltior@caltior.io about deletion where law allows.
Until a gated download server is switched on for a product, open static downloads do not create these records.
